Conference Evaluation
IMPORTANT: To receive Continuing Education Units (CEUs) or a Certificate
of Attendance, please complete NAEHCY's online conference evaluation.
Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
The University of Texas at Austin is offering CEUs to conference attendees at no additional cost. Conference CEU hours may be applied to CPEs, Social Work CEUs, LPC CEUs, Marriage and Family Therapist CEUs, and Chemical Dependency
Counselor CEUs. Conference break times, eating time during
the general sessions, and the LeTendre and NAEHCY
award ceremonies are not eligible for CEU credit. The total
number of CEUs available for participants who attended all of
the eligible general and concurrent sessions is 12.5 hours.
Participants who attended less than all of the eligible sessions
may apply for fewer hours of CEU credit, prorated for the
actual sessions attended.
To apply for CEUs, please complete NAEHCY's online
conference evaluation. Enter
your name, contact information, and your license number,
if applicable, or social security number, for the type of CEUs
you would like to receive. Once you have completed your
evaluation, you will be directed to the page where you may
print your CEU certificate. If an audit of the CEUs should
take place, the hours you apply for on your evaluation will
be compared to the session sign-in forms to verify your
conference participation for the number of hours
you requested in CEUs.
Certificates of Attendance
If you do not need CEUs and would prefer a Certificate of Attendance, please NAEHCY's online
conference evaluation and you will be directed to the page where you may print your certificate.
